Effective Date: September 1, 2026
Application: MT-CRM Mobile Application
Organization: Mytycoon Tracker
This Privacy Policy explains how MT-CRM collects, uses, and protects information when used by authorized company employees, field technicians, sales executives, and staff ("Users"). MT-CRM is an internal enterprise application designed exclusively for company business operations and is not intended for the general public.
1. Purpose of the Application
MT-CRM is provided to authorized staff to facilitate daily workplace operations, including attendance logging (check-in / check-out), GPS device activations, service complaint management, customer field visits, and workflow coordination.
2. Information We Collect
In order to provide core workforce functionalities, the application collects the following information:
- Account Information: Name, work email address, mobile number, department, designation, and employee credentials provisioned by the company administrator.
- Location Information: When you perform an attendance check-in or check-out, or record a device installation in the field, the app collects your device's geographical location (latitude and longitude) to verify workplace presence or service site arrival. Location data is only gathered during explicit user actions (such as clock-in) and is not continuously tracked in the background when off-duty.
- Camera and Photos: When enabled by company attendance policy, the app may request camera access to capture an attendance verification selfie during check-in or photos of installed devices and warranty parts. These photos are used strictly for internal operational records.
- Device and Technical Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and application performance logs to ensure secure access, manage session state, and prevent unauthorized account sharing.
3. How We Use Information
The collected information is used solely for legitimate internal business purposes:
- Verifying employee attendance, working hours, and shift compliance.
- Managing field assignments, customer support tickets, and device installation records.
- Sending operational notifications and shift alerts via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- Maintaining internal audit trails, security logging, and preventing unauthorized access.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercialize employee personal data. Your information is accessed solely by authorized administrative personnel (HR, management, and system administrators) within the organization. We do not disclose data to third parties, except:
- To trusted infrastructure service providers (such as cloud hosting and push notification services) strictly necessary to operate the application.
- When required to comply with applicable statutory laws or regulatory legal processes.
5. Data Security
We implement robust technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, secure token-based API authentication, and role-based database access control to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Employee records and operational logs are retained in accordance with applicable employment laws and internal company record-retention policies. Upon separation from employment, app access is deactivated. For data inquiries or account deletion requests, employees may contact their company HR or system administrator.
